8/8/26 [Discontinuing]

Hey guys, I'm going to be discontinuing yahknoxll. This site has been in development since 2024 and was a personal project that I started with no coding experience. On April 16, 2026, yahknoxll opened! I couldn't be more satisfied. I kept updating it until... I had no ideas. I really didn't know what to do. There's only so much to me. Mostly, people who make personal websites are polymaths. They can illustrate, animate, make music and do all of that while maintaining, coding and designing a website. Notice when you go on other peoples indie sites they have art corners, more social links, layouts for you to use, and galleries. I have none of that.

Also, I've been feeling a type of imposter syndrome. Why? I used AI. Not for the whole thing mind you. I still designed the website, wrote blogs, and future updates after launch. I just mainly used it for troubleshooting and for new ideas without researching it. Hate on me if you want, I get it completely. I don't really like AI for creative things either. It was just so easy to bring my ideas to life without the struggle of learning

That's how I feel about a lot of creative processes. I love a lot of forms of media and would love to replicate and create that form of media myself. It's that learning is such a chore and I hate the fact my brain can't help but compare myself. I would NEVER use AI "art" but, I can't help but see why people may want to call themselves AI artists. I don't know. I feel like a bad person for thinking that.

Anyway, I hope this is only a phase and I'll go back into coding and updating this website with the same motivation and love that I started with. For now, thank you so much for the support!
